The photos above show two CTR parishioners, Cynthia Dabroski and Becky Teiwes, on short term mission trips to Corazón del Pastor, the girls home of Niños con Valor. The CTR Outreach Team and the Task Forces of Honduras (Wendy Wyman, Chair) and Bolivia (Ericka Shepherd, Chair) invite you to join two short term missions planned for the summer and fall of 2013:

• Honduras, July 13-22 —Jack Melvin our missionary in Honduras has invited a short term mission team from CTR to visit with Padre Roberto Martinez and the brothers and sisters of the Church of the Annunciation, Tegucigalpa. We w|ll assist in painting and landscaping the church as well as meeting and distributing food to destitute neighbors. Please let Fr. Malcolm know of your interest |n joining the team (email).
• Niños con Valor, the orphanage we help support in Cochabamba, Bolivia. Details to follow.

In 2011, Christ the Redeemer sponsored two short term missions:

• Fr. Malcolm and Dolly went to Uganda for the dedication of the new library at Uganda Christian, designed by their son, Michael Reid.
• Several parishioners went to Honduras to provide support in advance of Ana Reid's mission there.

The short term missions are funded:

• 1/3 by the church budget
• 1/3 by the missioner, friends, and family
• 1/3 by fundraising (pizza lunches, etc.)
